Individual introduction letters with personal Efficient BOE codes that need to be completed on all application forms, as well as all the contact details of the relevant servicing Efficient BOE offices were send out to you. Forms were also uploaded on your internal advisors portal.
Please forward all Will applications, completed on the approved application form, to the relevant servicing office e-mail address supplied on the introduction letter to facilitate correct reporting of regional statistics.
